01 · Hourly, clocked fairly
Time starts at arrival and stops at the final walkthrough — billed in 15-minute blocks after the first two hours.
02 · Fixed long-distance quotes
Intercity moves get one binding number after a video survey. It cannot change on moving day.
03 · Everything itemised
Crew, truck, materials, mileage and protection each appear as their own line. Nothing hides in “fees”.
Pricing questions
Yes — a two-hour minimum on local moves. Most studios finish inside it; anything beyond bills per 15 minutes.
No. Our hourly rates are the same seven days a week. Premium scheduling only applies to guaranteed arrival windows.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac e-transfer and electronic bank transfer. A 20% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due when the last box lands.
